All applicants must complete the official Google Form to apply for the KYES program.

Applicants must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information in the form.

Payment must be made using the payment information provided in the Google Form, and proof of payment must be submitted together with the form.

Registration is only considered complete when both the official registration form is submitted and the participation fee is paid. Payment alone does not confirm attendance. If a participant pays without submitting the registration form, the organizing committee will not assume attendance and will not reserve a spot for the event.

Applicants will receive a confirmation email once both the form and payment are verified.

Submission of the registration form requires participants to agree to Vegaplatform’s Terms of Service.

The form cannot be submitted unless the applicant accepts these terms.

Upon successful registration, participants automatically become members of Vegaplatform.

Registration is non-transferable and may not be reassigned to another individual.

Participants must maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout all conference activities.

Vegaplatform reserves the right to modify the schedule, venue, or format of the event if necessary.
